英文里并没有"I go first" 这种说法
这样的表达很中式!
要地道表达“我先走了”可以用：
“I have (got) to go.”
PS：为了礼貌，
你也可以在前面加上sorry，
表明你也想待久一点!

这三个表达基本上都是表达同一件事情的，意思类似，只是有些比较正式，使用场合不同。
