The Communist Party of China"s Second National Congress, held in Shanghai from July 16 to 23, 1922, adopted the Party"s first Constitution, along with the "anti-imperialism, anti-feudalism" democratic revolution program.

1922年7月16日—23日，中國共產黨第二次全國代表大會在上海舉行。大會明確提出反帝反封建的民主革命綱領，制定了第一部《中國共產黨章程》。
