駐澳大利亞使館發言人就澳大利亞外長關於成蕾案聲明的表態
我們對澳大利亞外長8月13日的有關聲明表示堅決反對。中方已多次就有關澳大利亞籍人士成蕾案闡明立場。中國司法機關依法辦案，並充分保障有關人員各項合法權利。澳方應切實尊重中國司法主權，不得以任何形式干預中國司法機關依法辦案。
We firmly oppose the statement by the Australian Foreign Minister on 13 August 2021. China has repeatedly made clear its position on the case concerning Australian citizen Cheng Lei. Chinese judicial authorities handle the case strictly in accordance with law and fully protect the lawful rights of the relevant person. The Australian side should respect China’s judicial sovereignty and refrain from interfering in any form in Chinese judicial authorities’ lawful handling of the case.
