The Party proscribes all forms of personality cult. It shall be ensured that the activities of Party leaders are subject to oversight by the Party and the people, while at the same time upholding the standing of all leaders who represent the interests of the Party and the people.

黨禁止任何形式的個人崇拜。要保證黨的領導人的活動處於黨和人民的監督之下，同時維護一切代表黨和人民利益的領導人的威信。
