Located in Vietnam’s bustling capital city, Hanoi, the Aedas designed West lake Iconic Tower is a prime mixed-use development situated in the North West of Hanoi. It is in proximity to the Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi City Centre CBD and the cultural and commercial centre of Bac Ninh Province, Bao Ninh City and overlooks the West Lake and Phu Tay Ho Temple landmark. As part of the new urban masterplan and rejuvenation of North-Western Hanoi, the site is earmarked with luxury residential and hospitality developments.
Lake View for Every Apartment and Hotel Room
項目包括四棟三層樓的住宅別墅、七棟豪華住宅公寓樓、一棟品牌住宅樓、一棟39層五星級酒店及服務公寓樓。塔樓之間由天橋彼此相連，並設有直升機停機坪和屋頂餐廳。該開發項目的設計包括一個帶中央景觀的中央庭院花園，該花園帶有一個三層的地下停車場，並配備了輔助設施。
The West Lake Iconic Towers cultivates an elegant and luxurious design that embodies the contemporary waterfront resort lifestyle within an urban context. The development encompasses four 3-storey Residential Villas, seven Luxury Residential Apartment Towers, one Branded Residences Tower and one 39-storey 5-Star Hotel & Service Apartment Tower. Each tower is connected by sky bridges and is designed with a helipad and rooftop restaurants. The development is designed with a landscaped central courtyard garden with a 3-storey basement car park, equipped with support facilities.
Embodying a Contemporary Waterfront Resort Lifestyle
場地為矩形，設計通過精心調整建築朝向，讓濱水景觀價值最大化。同時，建築的安全性和私密性也是設計所面臨的重要挑戰。該項目容納多樣的用户羣體，從居民，到商業社區的長期租客和酒店住客。
The rectangular site requires careful orientation of the building to capture the view of the waterfront fully. The building’s security and privacy was also a challenge in designing the project as the building will be used by many types of users such as residents, long-term renters from the business community and hotel guests.
團隊將自然景觀融入設計，沿水濱區域構建社區，吸引住户的同時，確保每座公寓和酒店房間都可盡享湖景。在現代化的設計中融入開放式空間，並將室內外居住空間無縫銜接過渡。大陽台，全高玻璃窗和大推拉門用於將自然光和新鮮的西湖微風帶入住宅。
Creating communities along the waterfront, the development aims to form the natural landscape into the design to engage the residents and ensure lake view for every apartment and hotel room. The contemporary design incorporates open plan spaces and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large balconies, full-height glazing and large sliding doors are used to bring natural light and the fresh West Lake breeze into dwellings.
Seamlessly Cultivating Natural Landscape into the Project Design
濱水區交通便捷直接，開發中心內設有大量景觀，住户可以融入並盡享濱水環境下的自然美景。特色公寓濱水設有全天候泳池，可在其中俯瞰西湖。
With easy and direct access to the waterfront and extensive landscaping within the heart of the development, residents will be able to engage and enjoy the waterfront and natural surroundings. Featured apartments are located along the front of the waterfront and are designed with all-weather swimming pools that overlook West Lake.
團隊清除了所有障礙物，以期最大限度提高水體視野。同時為實現每座塔樓獨特的識別度，設計以錯落有致的佈局中，最大限度呈現每一座塔樓，使其從鄰近的塔樓中脱穎而出。
All obstruction has been cleared to maximize the view of the waterbody and grant each tower its own identity. Towers have also been staggered on the plot to maximize the building edge and allow each tower to stand out from their neighbours.

為實現構建全新都市水濱生活方式的願景，設計打破常規建築輪廓，將塔樓以向濱水方向，如同梯田般高度逐漸遞減，在宜人的尺度間盡享濱水美景。
Since an idyllic setting and recreational lifestyle is promoted along the waterfront, the design strives to break down the scale of each tower by terracing down the tower height towards the waterfront.
