Introduction
本案的屋主是一對恩愛的夫妻和一名剛上初中的兒子。簡潔、收納、舒適、質感，是他們對家的訴求。先生温文爾雅，熱愛音樂，太太文靜精緻，熱愛運動，他們和兒子以朋友的方式相處，一起看書，一起跑步，一起打遊戲是他們的日常。他們注重家庭氛圍，對於未來的家，希望既可以舒適享受休閒時光，又可以圍坐一起幸福互動。

1.設置玄關，同時容納鞋櫃收納、卡座及穿衣鏡
2.客餐廳擴大，原客廳採光不足，希望改善
3.北陽台合理利用
4.需要可容納兩台電腦的書桌及存書空間
5.主卧需要衣帽間，套衞不需要淋浴
6.次衞設置淋浴房，放置洗衣機，方便操作也避免噪音
7.兒子喜歡高低牀
8.需要放置一台鋼琴

房型改造
Room renovation
1.原徑直入户，改設玄關形成門廳，利用廚房和原幹區空間形成過道，原過道設置儲物間，冰箱與備餐枱和廚房對立放置，削弱過道感，增加空間利用率
2.原三房朝南，改兩房朝南，利用北陽台和部分原客廳空間形成次卧，另外一部分原客廳空間設置書桌和書櫃，形成學習區。原次卧打通之後，客餐廳擴大，整個公共區域形成，南北通透，採光也得到很大的改善。客廳、餐廳、開發書房完美組合，增加空間的互動性
3.次卧放置鋼琴，可作單獨的琴房，同時設置榻榻米，滿足臨時客房的需求
4.主衞面積縮小，設置主卧衣帽間
